We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as Monvero London is not responsible for lost return shipments.

6. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider

7. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different size, color, or item, we recommend placing a new order after your return has been approved.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Photos of the packaging
